We are the Stowe Trailheads; a community of trail runners based in Stowe, VT. Join us every Wednesday evening at 5:30pm from late May Until early November for a social-paced trail run through the wonderful trail networks around Stowe. This Week's Group Run
Group Trail Run for Wednesday, October 21st.
Hey hey! For this week's group we will be running (and looking for gnomes) in Wiessner Woods. The route will be approximately 3.5 miles with minimal (about 500ft) of elevation gain.
Weissner is a beautiful forested Stowe land Trust property in which we will make our way around the trails at a social pace. Please be sure to bring a headlamp as we continue to loose our evening light.
Meet at the Weissner Woods parking lot at 5:30pm. Direction to the lot: take the mountain road to Edson Hill Road. Turn right onto Edson Hill Road, pass the entrance to (what used to be) Stowehof Inn and take the next drive on your right.
It's going to be a stunner of a night.
Lastly, October 28th will be our last run of the season (sad face), but stay tuned for our end of year party plan!
